How to care for my Jewels?

Papillon Jewelry is a brand designed & manufactured in Europe that offers exquisite hand-crafted jewelry made with fine crystals and 14 karat gold-plating and a certain amount of wear and tear will occur over time.

To ensure the lasting beauty of your jewelry, do not use sonic cleaners, boiling water or commercial jewelry cleaners. Jewelry cleaners usually contain ammonia or alcohol which can have a damaging effect on the plating. We recommend that you occasionally polish each piece with a soft lint-free cloth.

The longevity of your hand crafted jewelry will depend on the care you give it. We recommend the following care instructions:

1. Always store your jewelry in the suede bag or box provided by us to prevent scratching. 

2. Do not store with other jewelry.

3. Do not apply perfume, cream, hairspray or any other liquid near the jewelry.

4. Never wear your jewelry in the bath, in bed, doing the dishes or when exercising. This can cause unreasonable stress and wear and tear.

5. Do not store your Jewelry in areas of excessive heat, sun exposure or near salt water.

 

Which materials are the jewelry made of?

Papillon Jewelry is made with swarovski and Preciosa Crystals which are hand-crafted by an European manufacturer with more than 25+ years in the market.

Each piece comes with 14 karat gold-plating and with its logo of originality in the back of every piece.

All jewelry is lead & nickel free.

 

How can I pay?

You can safely pay using your credit card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express.  We protect your online transactions and all the information you provide on this page is secured by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Other payment methods are available such as International bank transfer and Western Union. This bank services often charge a small fee which you will be responsible for. 

Can items be custom made? 

Custom Jewelry is only available for large orders. If you have any special requests, please contact us at info@papillonjewelryco.com.

Custom jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange, all sales are considered final.

 

Can custom orders be made with other type of plating?

Of course! All custom orders can be made with gold, silver or rhodium plating.

 

What is the delivery time? 

In stock items will take 1 or 2 business days for processing. Orders placed during the weekend will begin to process on the next business day.

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after placing, however during holidays and/or sales please allow additional time to ship due to high demand. An email will be sent once you place your order, to inform you about delivery time. One more email will be sent when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email us on customerservice@papillonjewelryco.com

 

Can I replace a lost earring?

Yes you can! You will only need to send us a picture to customerservice@papillonjewelryco.com

Processing time will take approximately one month and you will have to pay only the total value for the lost earring plus shipping.

 

What is your repair policy?
