RETURN POLICY



 

Papillon Jewelry Co. sells only brand new and unworn jewellery. Therefore, we will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for exchange, refund or store credit within 2 days after delivery.

Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Product returned between 15 and 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for store credit. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges, taxes, custom fees. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging, sales receipt and applicable tags or labels. Please allow 12 - 14 business days for the refund to post to your account. 

Products must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email. Online purchases will not be exchanged or refunded in any of our authorized resellers. Items purchased with any of our authorized resellers or any other retailers may not be exchanged or returned through papillonjewelryco.com.
